Through our service and maintenance entity, TEK Property Services, we recognise the importance to Clients of After Sales Maintenance, which must be cost effective. To address this, we offer planned servicing contracts.

We have several major Maintenance Contracts, including Wiltshire Police Authority, together with commercial clients, such as Renishaw PLC and Bristol Port Company.

Historically, it has been shown that poorly maintained plant will inevitably result in ever increasing incidences of breakdown together with a higher operating cost. With industrial and commercial applications, this may have serious implications throughout the organisation.

TEK Property Services offers a Managed Maintenance Contract to Clients, which is designed to provide scheduled maintenance and servicing of the total plant, irrespective of the original installer, and is backed up with regular detailed reports on all work carried out.

We are also able to provide an ‘on-site resident engineer’ package contract, tailored to suit requirements.
